As the parents of one of our new JC Junior players, we would like to encourage your participation in the many programs we offer at our various JC Golf properties. Visit www.jcgolf.com for details JC Junior Players Card Program Benefits Available to golfers ages 6-19 • Reduced green fees at all JC Golf courses* • Based upon tee time availability, playing privileges at the JC Junior Rate (a) at all JC Golf courses Monday through Friday, and (b) at JC Golf championship courses on weekends and designated holidays after 1 p.m. • Ability to make starting times at Oaks North, Reidy Creek and Welk Resorts San Diego for play any day and any time. • PLUS receive special invitations to organized play in seasonal JC Junior Camps, Clinics, Leagues, Parent-Junior Leagues, and the JC Golf Junior Tour Championship *The JC Junior rate does not include golf cart fee. Juniors must pay the applicable cart fee when riding. JC Golf Guidelines for Junior Golfers Children ages 5 or younger are not allowed on the golf course. • Children ages 6 through 11 must be supervised by an adult at all times, including all practice areas. A minimum of one adult per three children is required. • Observe proper golf etiquette. Treat all golfers with courtesy and respect. • Always check-in with the golf shop staff prior to playing the golf course. • A valid driver’s license is required to operate a motorized golf cart. • Repair all divots and ball marks. • Do not use bad language or make loud noise at any time • Have a nice day and enjoy your golf game! By signing and submitting this form, you are confirming your and your child’s knowledge of the above guidelines and releasing JC Resorts, its employees and representatives, and the owners of the participating courses, from responsibility for any injuries or damages your child may suffer as a result of his/her participation in the JC Junior Players Card Program. Parents who accompany their child(ren) onto the course will do so at their own risk.
